Sponsor Packages
What each package offers
To become a sponsor please choose a package below. Sponsors will be identified below and will be visible during the conference. If you are interested in being a sponsor for the FAAET Conference please feel free to contact us. There will be three Sponsorship packages offered for the FAAET Conference:
The Gold Package:
Within this package sponsors will be able to hold presentation sessions every 30 minutes during presentation times [10AM to Noon and 1PM to 5PM]. The sponsors under the Gold Package will be assigned a specific room for their sessions throughout the conference proceedings. The Gold Package will also provide the sponsor to "advertise" during the scheduled lunch break [Noon to 1PM]. The sponsor will be allowed to feature signage in identified areas advertising their information or products. Additionally, sponsors will be allowed to have an information area for individual attendees to speak with them. The sponsor will be provided adequate promotion on the FAAET Conference website and in the conference proceedings. Cost: $5000
The Silver Package:
Within this package sponsors will be able to hold one 30 minute information session prior to lunch and one 30 minute information session after lunch. The sponsor will be allowed to feature signage in identified areas advertising their information or products. Additionally, sponsors will be allowed to have an information area for individual attendees to speak with them. The sponsor will be provided adequate promotion on the FAAET Conference website and in the conference proceedings. Cost: $2500
The Bronze Package:
Within this package sponsors will be able to hold one 30 minute information session. The sponsor will be allowed to feature signage only where they have an information area for individual attendees to speak with them. The sponsor will be promoted on the FAAET Conference website and acknowledged in the conference proceedings. Cost: $1000
